Everybody has their own idea of what comfort food is and for us here at Sinigang, it is no doubt that sinigang has a special spot in our hearts. It’s that wickedly delicious combo of hot and steaming sour broth and meat and vegetables that just makes us all feel warm and fuzzy on the inside. It’s so good that Liza Soberano herself has pledged her love for the dish on Twitter. And we can’t blame her because it’s so damn good! Eat Sinigang everybody!
